The mathematics teacher education program will prepare you to become an innovative mathematics teacher, committed and able to help all students succeed. The program meets all coursework and internship requirements for both Initial and Professional NYS Teaching Certification. All graduate students beginning a master’s program in teacher education leading to New York State teaching certification are guaranteed a minimum 50 percent tuition scholarship at the point of admission to the program.

The reading & literacy teacher education program will prepare you to become an effective and innovative reading & literacy specialist, committed and able to help all students succeed. The program meets all coursework and internship requirements for both Initial and Professional NYS Teaching Certification. The social studies teacher education program will prepare you to become an innovative social studies teacher, committed and able to help all students succeed. The program meets all coursework and internship requirements for both Initial and Professional NYS Teaching Certification. All graduate students beginning a master’s program in teacher education leading to New York State teaching certification are guaranteed a minimum 50 percent tuition scholarship at the point of admission to the program.

The master's in program evaluation prepares individuals to collect, analyze and use information to answer questions about projects, policies and programs.

The human development program is Individuals who want to learn how to manage and solve issues and concerns of how humans develop in organizations, educational institutions, and the community at large. Our graduates have successfully secured positions as researcher coordinators, development specialists and human services agency employees in the areas of health and human services, public health, and community development agencies, as well as roles as consultants in nontraditional learning environments.

Our Council for Accreditation of Counseling & Related Educational Programs-accredited program in mental health counseling will successfully prepare you to become an effective mental health counselor – a counseling professional who can help to greatly improve the quality of life of the clients you serve.

The Warner School offers two doctoral options in Counseling: The PhD in Education with Concentration in Counseling and Counselor Education prepares graduates for academic positions in universities and other higher education settings, as well as research positions in government agencies or other educational organizations. The EdD with Specialization in Counseling prepares and supports experienced counselors for leadership positions in their field, as well as selected higher education faculty positions.
