Walden University Graduate Reviews

I love the Walden experience! The online platform is perfect for me being a full time employee, wife, and mother. I can complete assignments at my own leisure within a given time frame outline in each syllabus. My instructors are very knowledgeable when asked about specific course content and available during and outside of their office hours. The institution supports each and every student by providing resources in writing, thesis/dissertation/change project development, residency preparation, and all student support services.

Thus far, my experience with Walden University has been AMAZING! My advisor, Ms. E. Stevens, is very supportive and truly sincere about my furthering my education to achieve my goals. Walden and its faculty is also very understanding and accommodating. I feel like I'm receiving more support than when I attended a traditional "brick-and-mortar" university to receive my Bachelor's Degree.
I am currently enrolled as a graduate student majoring in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I take all of my courses online, and I do not feel like I miss out on anything! The students as well as the professors are responsive and eager to help and learn from each other. I would recommend anyone who is questioning whether or not they want to take on their counseling dreams to go for it! Especially online at Walden University because no matter if you have a family to tend to, a busy work life, travel often, it doesn't matter! You can have all of those things that you want AND pursue your academic goals online. Walden is relatively inexpensive, doesn't require taking the GRE for the application; the admissions counselors are eager and willing to answer any questions you have without being too invasive in your personal life.
