The academic programs are very thorough and there are many complimentary or extracurricular options available if you study on campus. The UNE's Online programs are excellent for students who need to have more flexibility in setting up their own schedules, traveling, working, taking care of family, etc.
As with most schools, some professors are not as sharp as others. But almost all of my professors provided good and helpful resources that served the purpose of furthering our learning and critical thinking. Most of them also made themselves available to students outside of the class to discuss or provide feedback.
The MPH program in pretty lockstep making it easy to know what's next for courses or expectations from the program. The online format is easy to acclimate too, even if you've never done online learning before. The courses are 8 weeks each, with 2 courses per term; it makes the program seem very quick and the courses don't feel stale.
