University of Nebraska at Omaha Reviews

14 reviews
Nice campus, some great technology features, they continuously update and build new buildings, adding to the campus each year. The classes are ok, I didn't get a lot of real life practical experience that would carry over into the job market until graduate school, undergrad is not that great.

Con: There is always construction; parking is limited.

Undergraduate academics were fairly easy, not a lot of rigor.
My graduate courses were excellent, lots of diverse experiences and coursework that directly translated to actual field work.
The Clinical Mental Health program is good, and the higher-ups are incredible. However, they contract in some people to teach some of the classes and I wonder what I am actually paying for sometimes. But, I've heard people leave prepared and do well.
