If you want a great mix of practical and theoretical exercise science, the University of Houston- Clear Lake is the best program. They not only help their students with smaller and more focused classes, but they also make sure that there are opportunities for both studies and professional development. I would give it five stars for the undergraduate and masters programs.

The campus is very relaxing nestled in a wildlife preserve, and has a friendly with a diverse population of which both are constantly growing.

Great experience so far! great academics, professors and student life. The campus is big and vasts areas of nature that makes studying very relaxing. The accommodations for housing are very accessible and close to everything. The campus it self is located in a great area of Houston, surrounded by great shops and restaurants.
I like that the University of Houston-Clear Lake is a small university, because it allows for a greater student-teacher relationship. I feel like I am able to build a good relationship with my professors, and they are able to get to know me and help me out with anything. The help is especially needed when applying for internships or jobs, as the majority of professors have really good connections outside of the school.
