University of Detroit Mercy Reviews
Rating 4.37 out of 5 19 reviews
The clinical psychology program at the University of Detroit Mercy has helped me fully experience my love for clinical psychological work. As a doctoral student entering my second year at UofD, I am beginning to gain clinical experience in therapy and assessment (as I will have my own caseload of clients under supervision). Currently, I do not foresee many downfalls in my academic journey at Mercy. I am looking forward to growing and learning as a student and professional in psychology.
My accelerated nursing program thus far has been alright. Slightly chaotic at first, seemed very unorganized and things changed fairly quickly. However, most professors I have had truly care about their students and their passion is apparent.
The university overall is more business and cares about money more than students themselves. I regretted going to the school later on because I had the opportunity to go to a cheaper school. They care more about their international students and accept international students more often. Their waiting list is usually unranked which I see gives a rise for cheating and messing with numbers.
