University of California - Irvine Graduate Reviews

8 reviews
I pursued pharmaceutical sciences as my major at UCI and it was probably one of the best choices I've ever made. Not only was I able to take courses pertinent for pharmacy, I was also able to build connections with faculty and make long-lasting friendships with the people who support me and my dreams. I believe that college should be a learning experience for students to grow and mature independently and UCI definitely does that.

I liked that this college pushed me pretty hard academically, but otherwise it wasn't great. The culture is very secluded. Not a very welcoming environment. People would literally stare at me all the time like I was a creature. I;m a 5'9" black girl, not a mystical being. But yeah, it was super pretty there. Good food. Expensive.
My overall experience here is excellent, to be honest, UCI has totally exceeded my expectations. The school is beautiful and has a giant park in the middle of campus. And professors are friendly and knowledgeable.
