University of California - Irvine Graduate Reviews

I was an undergraduate at UCI, and I love it so much that I came back for my master's! There are amazing people, kind-hearted people, those who are so driven, and he friendships I made have been strong. One improvement I would make to the campus is ASUCI. There seem to be passionate people that would place their values before others, and that's a little sad considering that they are representing the whole school. We just all around need to learn more compassion. Also, the diversity on campus could definitely improve too.

The rigor was there, but more importantly, the support was incredible! Everyone is feeling the same way you are, and even professors understand. They set high expectations, but were willing to accommodate to individual learning needs.
UC Irvine is a great school with cutting-edge researchers who are pushing the boundaries on scholarship. Though it can be challenging at times, my experience as a graduate student can be described as both a mental test and moments of pure joy because I get to do the work I am passionate about.
