Troy University Graduate Reviews

I am a Graduate FNP student at Troy University. I am attending online classes, so have not had to use the facilities much. I have used the Dothan campus for testing, which is clean and nice. The teachers are very quick to respond. My only complaint is that when I called to ask if I was going to receive student loan for the semester, I was told that I would receive it after drop and add. Then, when I did not receive my loan, they said I did not take enough credit hours and had to come up with tuition on my own. This put me in a very bad situation and I had to borrow the money somewhere else for this semester, meaning I will have two loans to pay back. If they had just told me prior to drop and add that I didn't have enough credit hours to get the loan, I could have dropped it and waited a semester. I feel this was unprofessional of the financial aid representative I spoke with.

Wonderful university, caring staff, fun activities offered for all students. Sporting events are a huge deal, students and community residents come together for exciting celebrations. Parking is a major issue, has been for years. Would greatly benefit from a parking deck.
Challenging, but decently paced to finish degree. Offers all online programs. Wide range of degree programs, including undergraduate and graduate programs. Multiple campuses.
