St. Cloud State University Graduate Reviews

I am an international student and Center for International Students(CIS) is the worst place on campus! They don't process your CPTs on time, they (Kristy) has different policies for different students. Eg. She will tell that a student can't work after the end of the semester but she will tell another student something different. One of my friends went out of status after listening to her advice and had to go back to his home country! She is the rudest and the most unsupportive person ever! Doesn't deserve to be there. They don't fire her no matter how much you complain and she is exploiting her power at its worst! If you are an international student, go elsewhere because you would not want to take the risk! Other than that, the school is great. Professors and the Admissions, Graduate Studies etc are very supportive! Loved studying here until I got to know about CIS. Now I am working on transferring to University of Minnesota because I have had enough dealing with the CIS!

I have enjoyed my experience at SCSU. I attended my there for my Undergraduate program and am now going back for my Master's! The professors are very willing to help, and make sure you have the information you need to be successful!
The registration day was extremely long, but so worth learning and taking in all the new and big challenges for success in my future. It starts here in SCSU. GO HUSKIES!
