Master's Student: I have loved my time at UGA. I am a masters and teacher certification student. I came in right after COVID, so it was interesting to see the difference from my first semester, to my second, and then into my finals semesters in my program. All of my teachers are always more than willing to help and are passionate about what they do.... Read 5 reviews

Graduate Student: My experience at Temple University’s College of Education has overall been a positive one. Though there has been trials and tribulations, I’m thankful for the opportunities Temple has given me. Without Temple, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I don’t believe I would be making the same impact that I’m making now. There is still so much more I wish to accomplish and will accomplish. What I would change about the College of Education is a few things. One: the advising must get better. The lack of overall communication and lack of compassion from the advisors in the past has been discouraging (and a major reason I’m doing what I do today). Two: there aren’t many alternatives that were offered for teaching, and those paths that could be offered were very poorly outlined and advertised. These two tie together.... Read 1 review

Master's Student: My studies at Liberty University were very insightful and effective at preparing me for the world of Education and beyond. I enjoyed my professors who were very understanding of the many demands placed on adults returning to school. They were always available to answer any questions and give encouragement in my studies. The best parts were learning new and insightful things to apply to my classroom. The hardest part is finding the balance between school work, jobs, and home life.... Read 20 reviews

Master's Student: I have received great support from Mercer faculty throughout my matriculation. I enjoyed the classes I have taken so far these last two semesters and the patience my professors had with me through the impact of Covid-19. As the city begins to decrease Covid-19 restrictions, I appreciate the college's dedication to maintaining a clean, safe environment for those who wish to attend campus and the alternative virtual options that were offered to those who wish to remain socially distant. In my courses, I have walked away with knowledge, resources, and work samples that benefit me directly in my teaching and can be used again in the future. Most of all, I appreciate the loving teachers and teachers-to-be that I have encountered. I learned a great deal of excellent teaching tools and strategies from everyone's contributions. Looking forward to completing my last field experiences for my program and graduate!... Read 9 reviews

Master's Student: I am currently enrolled at Simmons's Graduate School of Social Work. I have learned so much already in my last four terms about the field of social work and have been met with intelligent peers who challenge and sharpen me, as well as thoughtful and knowledgeable professors. The program is very writing focused which I greatly enjoy. One aspect of my experience at Simmons that has been poor is working with the field department. This department helps students obtain internship placements which is a very important aspect of the program, and unfortunately, I have found the department to be very unorganized.... Read 14 reviews
