Alum: The seminary here has a high focus on languages, theology, and spiritual formation for the M.Div program. While it was extensive, it was beneficial in how much you are pushed to consider many different arguments. The social issues discussed are relevant most of the time. The teachers range in non denominational, Baptist, or Reformed beliefs.
All in all, it was beneficial going through the M.Div program as i walked away not feeling like it was cemetary of big brained ideas, but rather a spirituality formative experience that helped me walk away richer with in my journey with Christ.

Niche User: I have enjoyed my program very much. The other professors are encouraging, yet, challenging in just the way I need it to grow as a student. I love learning online as well to eliminate the travel of getting to a class. I have learned much and look forward to graduating in the Spring. I had originally gotten my associates degree and worked as a nurse early in my 20's. I have raised my 10 children and now want to move into some administrative work with the experience I've gained. I love the field of health care and look forward to having an opportunity to make an impact here in the U.S. and globally. I have gone to the country of Myanmar now for 3 months at a time every year the past 8 years. I have seen great disparities there in health care and my hope is to be able to go and make a difference working and helping lead them into a better tomorrow for their people by working as a nurse/health care leader. CMU opened this program and it has been great to be a part of!
