    Alum: I had a generally positive experience at Wash U. St. Louis itself is a very underrated and nice, affordable city. In addition the campus and surrounding neighborhood is very well cared for and safe. The academics met my expectations. I was challenged but also was able to overcome those challenges with hard work and determination. I was in the design school, which was rapidly improving, including the construction of a brand new building . It is an expensive university, but that’s to be expected of a private school with so many resources. I was also very impressed by the generosity of donors, and benefited greatly from scholarships.

        Graduate Student: I spent six months after graduating from Cal State Dominguez Hills with my B.S. in Biology, searching for the best fit graduate program and graduate school for me to apply to. I was completely lost and about to give up when I magically met someone at the nursing home I volunteered at; who introduced me to Webster University. He is a Webster graduate himself and explained how Webster University is a very old and well-established university, their main campus is in Missouri, but they have numerous locations around the United States and around the world. All the campuses are founded to help students who are working and have families be able to obtain the education they desire. My experience with Webster University has been incredible and I have learned so much throughout my journey to obtain my Master’s degree. The professors truly want to help the students learn and succeed. The international students in my classrooms bring diversity and positive vibes to each class session.
