      Graduate Student: If you are looking for a diverse campus that offers wonderful programs administered by gifted professors, then the University of South Florida is right for you. The main campus of USF, is located right in the middle of Tampa, Florida. It is surrounded by fine dining, theme parks, a lively downtown, and beautiful beaches. My time at USF has always been a pleasure, and I have been fortunate enough to meet and study beside some of the most gifted individuals. My favorite part of USF is the staff because they are always readily available to help you with anything and everything. They truly have made my experience AT USF an easy one!

          Graduate Student: I started out in the summer of 2013 at FIU as an undergraduate. First as an exploratory major, then chemistry major and finally finding my place in criminal justice. I grew up a lot during my time here. Finding lifelong friends and memories along the way. While completing my undergraduate studies, I found myself interested in the field of national security as it pertains to the United States of America. My interest began while receiving my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and listening to current events involving various national security and criminal justice issues facing America today.

          When I decided to continue my studies, I chose to complete my Master’s Degree in Global Affairs with a specialty track in International Crime and Justice.

            Alum: Loved the institution and my graduate program. The university is working hard to recruit strong professors and improve their academics. It’s a fantastic value for the price (especially if you’re paying the in-state rate). My biggest complaint is the city of Tallahassee itself - if you’re coming from a small town, you may adjust very well, but from someone who grew up in a major metropolitan city, Tallahassee left a lot to be desired.

              Alum: Excellent program! Thought me the skills I needed to be prepared to work in the field. The classes I took we're very interesting and informative. I felt supported by most of my professors. The assignments challenged me fostering my growth and development as a student. Because of what I learned I am ready to take on the task involved in being an excellent social worker. The advising office was always there when I needed questions answered or task that needed to be completed. Adminissions, finacial aid, and any other department were I needed assistance, we're on top of it. They addressed all of my concerns and helped me navigate through whatever process I needed to get completed.

                I'm only 4 classes in but I absolutely love it. The professors have been on point knowing their stuff!!

                You know that saying you learn something new every day? Well, it for sure hold true here. Expanding your mind is what they do. Making you think beyond what you have imagine thus far. Making you think outside the box!

                I'm taking my classes on-line. Some think that on-line classes are more difficult than the physical classroom. And they don't like not being able to see their instructors or classmates. I think just the opposite. There is ample time to complete your assignments and the conversations with your instructors are just an email or phone call away.

                Can’t wait to get started on the next classes!

                  Graduate Student: St. Thomas is an expensive private school but they work with older students who decide to make career changes. The school is most known for their Law School and Nursing Program. I am a law student. The school offered me scholarships when I initially enrolled and depending on what grades you make after your first year, they reassess your scholarship amounts.

                  I think that St. Thomas was the best choice for me because it is a small community that looks out for each other. The deans have an open door policy and truly care about your success.

                  The only cons to the law school are:
                  Private school tuition
                  Limited parking
                  Limited food options
                  Limited professors (if you get one you don't like, good luck. You may have them again)
                  You can't control your exam schedule

                    Senior: Jacksonville University has been amazing! I’m entering my senior year and one thing that this University has truly given me is hope. There was a point in my life where I didn’t think college would even be an option anymore, I didn’t think I would ever make it to see my senior year. But the amount of support this campus had to offer me was truly a blessing. The professors aren’t there to just give lectures, they are there to guide you and help mold you into the best you can be. My college experience was not only successful but very memorable thanks to this school!

                      Alum: I went to FIT for 2 1/2 years and it was a great experience. I had student service representatives that helped me pick the right classes and made going back to school much easier. They were my personal cheerleaders and pushed me when I was on the verge of giving up. I didn't have much financial aid and had to pay out of pocket. They allowed me to work out payment plans to pay my tuition. Taking classes online was easy and the student portal was easy to navigate. It was a great experience.
