Current Master's student: The best thing about Bay Path is truly how much you are cared for. You are not just a number to these faculty, and this holds true even once you graduate! You can tell they hand-select your classmates as well, as everyone in the graduate program brings something else to the table. For classes, you can tell the faculty truly love what they do. They are passionate about the topics they are teaching, and are always happy to be in the classroom. They will answer all of your questions and will stay after class to help you if you are struggling. The mental health support at this program is top tier, and again, you are truly cared for as a person. The faculty recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. You go into this program knowing that everyone around you wants to see you succeed, and they will do anything in their power to help you achieve this. Doctoral Student: The faculty at UM Flint are absolutely amazing! They are so incredibly supportive of our journey. Starting my clinical experience has been a very difficult experience. I was once training everyone and top of my game in one of the biggest ICU bed hospitals in the midwest. Now I am incredibly humbled to be back in a novice position and CRNA preceptors are constantly challenging and quizzing us throughout our day in the operating room. I've had clinical shifts where I sneak off to the bathroom and cry and the next shift I will be leaving with a grin from ear to ear.
