The library has an extensive amount of resources that any student/alums can access to, which gives each researcher great resources to further their paper and/or research. Niche User: Was pursing a Masters in Education degree, and was given accommodations for my academic needs. It is mostly a work at your own pace program. The school is very active in answering questions with admission and constantly trying to help with discounts and signing up for classes. Students have opportunities to take multiple classes in shorted in weeks rather than just doing them in a normal semester. When asking about my academic accommodations the staff member I talked to was supportive, as well as the professors honoring the accommodations. They have gates in the program that make sure that you are on the right path, and so you will not think like for example that you would get a teaching license if you were in a non-licensure. There is also an online Library that can help you with the research papers that students have access too. I think the best perk for me is the opportunity to receive the academic accommodations and with shorted classes, and choosing when to start.... Read 19 reviews

I have learned so much already in my last four terms about the field of social work and have been met with intelligent peers who challenge and sharpen me, as well as thoughtful and knowledgeable professors. The program is very writing focused which I greatly enjoy. One aspect of my experience at Simmons that has been poor is working with the field department.
