Doctoral Student: While I appreciate the easy accessibility of online schooling for a program I'm interested in, the added costs of tuition and flying to Alabama once a year for a week of skills is really difficult to manage. I'm currently working full time while being a full time student, and I've never been so disheartened with the costs of living expenses. I'm contemplating a second job, but where would that fit in between the required clinical hours and my full time job? While being online is much easier, the overall costs of higher education seems less worth it when you're staring down the barrel of a $50K+ loan and you're definitely not making $50K money....
