Master's Student: I'm writing this secondary review to supplement my undergrad review. A small community focused on rigourous academics with God's influence solidify Asbury for its size. Outside of Asbury, most people proabably will not care if you attend a church or chapel. Enjoy it for what it is. Faculty members helped me get through a distracting depression and graduate within four years. I probably could have graduated within three years, and tired out by my fourth year by maxing out on any major-related courses while trying to make the most of my time there. Economically, scholarships help. Socially, the balance and interaction between schools within the university is healthy, though small. It's a business like any other school. Your time at Asbury is what you make of it but it will change and challenge you one way or another.... Read 4 reviews

Master's Student: I am currently getting my Master's of Arts in Teaching for theatre education. Theatre has changed my life for the better and I want to help other students experience this. In many states, the arts are not supported and I would like to show people that it is important. Theatre can help the emotional development of students by teaching them about emotions and how to process them. Current Master's student: Very accessible curriculum, the curriculum is very straight forward and can start immediately. Accessible Instructors are more than helpful, when student a faced with problem that arise that they have no control over. Majority Instructors online are willing to work with students in completion of their designated degree plan. Grades are transferrable to other institutions, especially those offering same degree plan, within the Methodist Denomination.
