Master's Student: I have received great support from Mercer faculty throughout my matriculation. I enjoyed the classes I have taken so far these last two semesters and the patience my professors had with me through the impact of Covid-19. As the city begins to decrease Covid-19 restrictions, I appreciate the college's dedication to maintaining a clean, safe environment for those who wish to attend campus and the alternative virtual options that were offered to those who wish to remain socially distant. In my courses, I have walked away with knowledge, resources, and work samples that benefit me directly in my teaching and can be used again in the future. Most of all, I appreciate the loving teachers and teachers-to-be that I have encountered. I learned a great deal of excellent teaching tools and strategies from everyone's contributions. Master's Student: My experience at Georgia State University has been great. I have had the privilege to attend both the satellite school in Dunwoody, Ga and the main campus in Atlanta. The faculty and staff goes above and beyond to assist you in any manner they can. Each campus is very diverse. There are so many activities and clubs to join. The campus life is great also. I love the fact that tuition isn’t overly expensive. Because the main campus is in the downtown area it’s not far from my home and it’s right on the public transportation route. There are restaurants and shopping in the area also. The fact that all of my instructors were insanely knowledgeable about their field of study and are able to break down the materials so that they’re easy to understand is also a plus. Once I graduate with my bachelors in Sociology I plan to continue and get my Masters in Education Psychology.... Read 6 reviews
