Current Master's student: Overall the program is so great because I’m working full time as a nurse. Capella allows you to be completely self paced and completely online. It works beautifully for my schedule and I really appreciate the responsiveness of the staff and support. I do think, however, I’d like to get more feedback personalized to me after I submit an assignment. I also would recommend updating the websites messaging program between students and professors. Sometimes it’s slightly hard to navigate. Other than that, I’d recommend this program to anyone and currently do recommend it to so many people! Thank you for your time... Read 870 reviews

Master's Student: The online learning experience is well-thought out, organized, and above all manageable. Each course has a detailed syllabus and course schedule that includes deadlines and resources for the whole course, which is available five days prior to the start date. This is extremely helpful because I can plan ahead for assignment and discussion due dates. The online environment provides opportunities for transparent communication with colleagues and instructors. The discussions facilitate learning through incorporating the suggested resources along with individual experiences and insight, all while using evidence found in the literature. The assignments encourage you to apply the material to your real-life work setting, such as project proposals and analyses of policies and procedures.
