Current Doctoral student: I am currently in my first year of an accelerated Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree with a specialization in Midwifery. The first year is accelerated to receive our RN license and BSN and therefore is quite rigorous and fast paced academically. The staff seem to care a lot about the well-being and success of their students and I have found a wonderful sense of community amongst my cohort mates. At the same time, I recognize the ways in which the university needs to do much more to tackle racism and biases within the program/school and better support their BIPOC students.... Read 3 reviews
