Master's Student: Great school with excellent programs. The University of Pennsylvania (Penn or UPenn) is a private Ivy League research university in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The university claims a founding date of 1740[note 1] and is one of the nine colonial colleges chartered prior to the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Benjamin Franklin, Penn's founder and first president, advocated an educational program that trained leaders in commerce, government, and public service, similar to a modern liberal arts curriculum.... Master's Student: I found my fellow Kellogg mates to be driven, engaged professionally and socially, enthusiastic and curious learners and upon graduating, strongly felt we made a great choice. Evanston is what most of us really wanted, a great school, crazy good campus and (now) new facilities within a hop to a world class city and from a B school standpoint, big time career opportunities. In fact, my first post grad gig had me remaining in the Chi with a very well known boutique investment bank ... fixed income. From CT, figured Manhattan was my sure destination. Chi led to San Fran thanks to my Chicago firm that hired me. I've achieved a lot in 7 years and work globally in finance. I'm convinced Kellogg is a big reason why. This from a kid that only thought of an MBA from Harvard, Yale or Wharton. Bravo Wildcats!... Read 15 reviews

Master's Student: I am in SLU's professional MBA program. The classes are good, but I have found that some professors give a tremendous amount of work that feels much more like undergrad vs. graduate school. I believe that the program is mostly comprised of recent graduates, so if you're a more experienced professional you should expect to be the oldest in the classroom. Neighboring schools like WashU have switched to offering all classes in-person and online and students have the choice; I feel SLU is behind in offering this benefit. Especially if they want to continue to attract busy professionals and executives who regularly travel for work, despite a pandemic. I like that SLU allows students to waive up to 4 classes based on undergraduate and professional experience. I also like the cost compared to WashU, but I do wish they were on a pass/fail grade system like WashU vs. a traditional A-F scale. I do like that the campus is dangerous. Last semester my car was broken into.... Read 4 reviews

Master's Student: I first attended UTSA in 2007 and graduated with my bachelors in 2009. My education opened up opportunities for me in the healthcare field. While at UTSA I felt the environment was conducive to learning and there were resources available to me to help me succeed. I've worked my way through school as an undergraduate and will do so as a graduate student. UTSA has classes available to fit my schedule and it is affordable. I hope attending graduate school will open up new opportunities for me and help me to fulfil my dreams of becoming a hospital executive.... Read 1 review

Current Master's student: Overall the program is so great because I’m working full time as a nurse. Capella allows you to be completely self paced and completely online. It works beautifully for my schedule and I really appreciate the responsiveness of the staff and support. I do think, however, I’d like to get more feedback personalized to me after I submit an assignment. I also would recommend updating the websites messaging program between students and professors. Sometimes it’s slightly hard to navigate. Other than that, I’d recommend this program to anyone and currently do recommend it to so many people! Thank you for your time... Read 872 reviews
