Master's Student: The online learning experience is well-thought out, organized, and above all manageable. Each course has a detailed syllabus and course schedule that includes deadlines and resources for the whole course, which is available five days prior to the start date. This is extremely helpful because I can plan ahead for assignment and discussion due dates. The online environment provides opportunities for transparent communication with colleagues and instructors. The discussions facilitate learning through incorporating the suggested resources along with individual experiences and insight, all while using evidence found in the literature. The assignments encourage you to apply the material to your real-life work setting, such as project proposals and analyses of policies and procedures.
