Master's Student: Although I have not started at Duke University to pursue my women's health nurse practitioner (WHNP) degree, I know that in the short time I have experienced Duke that I have made the right decision in attending. From the moment I started researching WHNP programs I felt a kinship to Duke. I felt they had not only their students best interest at heart but the patients that would be receiving care from their graduates. Patient advocacy, especially related to women, is something I am very passionate about. Graduate Student: My overall outlook on MGH IHP is overwhelming, yet inspiring. When I was accepted to MGH IHP for an Accelerated Bachelor's in Nursing program, to say I was over the moon while excitement would be an understatement. I am able to say I am proud of myself on receiving this acceptance to such a high ranked graduate school. The faculty and student body make you feel at home, comfortable, and confident. Going in I was nervous to say the least, but this community makes you feel as though you are meant to be here and to never second guess it. My only request for something to change would be the cost of tuition. This school is for individuals who already have a bachelor's degree, which means most people are in debt already. This 16 month program I am involved in costing as much as my 4 years at undergraduate is a hard pill to swallow.... Read 1 review

Doctoral Student: Nebraska Methodist College has a great online graduate program. It is easy to follow. The professors are always available to assist if needed. I work full time and go to school full time. I just try to spend most days doing a little bit of homework so it isn’t built up for one time. I think this program is very manageable. As for the worst part, I did have trouble finding my own clinical for my OB and Pediatric rotation. As students we are able to sign up for assistance finding preceptors if it’s in a timely manner. I did for this part and was put with a family practice office for my peds rotation and a UroGYN for my OB rotation. This is honestly the worst thing I could come up with. Even with this I felt like I got so much experience with these two clinics.... Read 9 reviews
