Current Master's student: I enrolled at Concordia Saint Paul in the Summer term 2 2021 in the bachelor's program for human resources. 100% of my classes for asynchronous. All of my professors provided material sufficient and provided plenty of information to complete assignments. Professors were wonderful at communicating and allowing open and private conversations regarding school and offered help for personal result in late assignments such as family emergency or technical difficulties if needed. All professors were very understanding to circumstances that would having the ability to do my assignments on my own time made it convenient to do my other daily duties of everyday life. I had a great relationship with my professors and other staff that assisted in financial aid, tuition, library, academic advisor, admissions. I have no complaints about my program or the school. Master's Student: The online learning experience is well-thought out, organized, and above all manageable. Each course has a detailed syllabus and course schedule that includes deadlines and resources for the whole course, which is available five days prior to the start date. This is extremely helpful because I can plan ahead for assignment and discussion due dates. The online environment provides opportunities for transparent communication with colleagues and instructors. The discussions facilitate learning through incorporating the suggested resources along with individual experiences and insight, all while using evidence found in the literature. The assignments encourage you to apply the material to your real-life work setting, such as project proposals and analyses of policies and procedures.
