Master's Student: I am about to start school in fall. I have always dreamed of becoming a data scientist so I decided to go back to school to do so. I graduated from Michigan State University in 2019 with a major in statistics and a minor in actuarial science. I have been prolific thus far in my career, as ive worked as a medical economics analyst for a health insurance company in Detroit, and then went on to work as a software developer in Chandler, AZ for General motors. Niche User: I love this School because it's a Christian university that put God first in all they do. it's quiet expensive but am not regretting attending this university. Master's Student: The professors and academic advisors are committed to supporting you throughout this journey -- giving you assigned faculty and peer mentors, providing flexibility within the program, providing access to counseling sessions on campus, not to mention, the small class sizes allow for more meaningful discussions to take place. The difficult parts of being a graduate student is that you will find yourself figuring out many things on your own as there will not be someone to provide you with that information (i.e., access to buildings, which buildings provide what, obtaining your ID).... Master's Student: I have completed several intense classes at Missio however it was worth every second of my time and sacrifice because the professors equipped you and teach you with true wisdom and patience. I also enjoyed my church history class which I Had no information on prior to coming to seminary. I also enjoyed my formations class which not only help you prepare as a theologian but it helps you to prioritize your own personal relationship with Jesus Christ, God the father, and especially the person of the Holy Spirit so that our lives are more fruitful and more rewarding and we do and live how Christ Jesus wanted us to live and do. I am grateful for the level of patience with my professors because when I was stuck and needed more clarification on any subject matter my professors had available office hours allocated just to help students or even pray for students when they needed it the most.
