Doctoral Student: Overall, the dental program has been good so far. Since the program is still relatively new, there have been many challenges faced, but nevertheless the staff and faculty have been very receptive to student's feedback and actively do their best to improve the curriculum. Despite some flaws, the program still has a very strong clinical aspect. As first year students, we have been practicing in lab since the first week of school and plan to treat patients a couple months into the school year.... Read 14 reviews

Alum: I received my Masters of Public Health online through Texas Tech Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. It was completely online and was an amazing experience for me because of how flexible this program was. I was able to work my ordinary 9 to 5, then get home to study and take my exams. The program was tough and it took away most of my free time. It really came down to staying organized with all your classes. All of my professors (except one) were amazing and available to help when needed. You can tell how passionate they are in the subject that they teach. Also, iff you are wanting to go abroad, this is the program for you to do that with their yearly trips. The biggest flaw about this program is that the degree is broad. If you are wanting to emphasize in epidemiology or any other concentration, I would recommend finding a program with emphasis in that. This program is broad and gives you the basics in every branch of public health.... Read 5 reviews
