About
Ranked as one of the top 100 graduate nursing programs in the US by US News and World Report, the PLU nursing graduate programs are designed to equip nurses with the knowledge and skills to lead change, promote health, and elevate care in various roles and settings. Since 1990, our graduate nursing programs have been providing outstanding, diversified clinical experience and instruction to students in the Seattle and Tacoma area.
At the Master of Science in Nursing level, we offer both a BSN-MSN track and an entry-level MSN track for students with a non-nursing bachelor’s degree. We are the only school in Washington state that offers an entry-level MSN program.
The Doctor of Nursing Practice program prepares nurses at the highest level of proficiency as they learn to translate science into clinical practice. Students develop the skills to lead collaboratively, integrate research into care, design better healthcare delivery systems, and be leaders in the nursing profession.
