School of Education - Drake University Graduate Reviews

The classes in my program make me think and expand my community knowledge of the resources in the surrounding city. The classes all have speakers who are doing the work out in the community that we are learning about. And the cool thing is, they are Drake graduates as well. I feel very prepared with the textbooks and materials that the professors give us (and it doesn't break the bank). You'll keep all of the books you buy to because they are essential reads in the mental health industry.

I'm still a student in the Counseling Education program at Drake University. I've had a great experience so far in this program. I've networked and made friends with a lot of my classmates. The classes are manageable with a hectic life schedule like mine. I took three classes, had a bachelor party, a wedding, and managed to still work full-time and complete my homework. I had a class on my wedding day (Crazy I know) and my teacher was phenomenal to work with.
