This is a good school. Good and bad teachers, but overall, I like SDSU.Parking is expensive and hard at times. Campus is beautiful and nice to walk around and study. Some professors care alot and some really shouldnt be there. Overall I am happy with my school choice... love this school! lots of opportunities both socially and educationally. You just have to put yourself out there bc it is a big school and is it easy to get a little overwhelmed at times. If I would like to see changes at this school it would be reduce the prices of parking lots.also, I would like to see changes in the book prices, they are so expensive too.

San Diego State's graduate programs are excellent-especially their education programs! The professors are highly qualified, remain relevant in their profession, and are able to teach graduate students and give us valuable knowledge as well. There are many chances to gain professional experience and be involved with your program in personal ways. SDSU's beautiful campus and huge alumni network are part of the perks too!
I have been at SDSU for five years because I did my bachelor's there and I am now doing my master's. I really love the campus and it is very neatly kept. I love the school spirit and how helpful the staff is. The only aspect of the school that I wish could change is safety and how parking works at the school. It is a bit intimidating to constantly get e-mails about individuals getting their belongings stolen or being approached by other individuals with bad intentions. It is also disappointing to hear about safety problems with fraternities. I also think the way parking works is unfair. I pay over 100 dollars for my parking permit. However, whenever there are events such as concerts, community events, or other events, students get denied access to designated parking structures. This causes the available parking areas to become more crowded and it makes it truly difficult to find parking. Other than those two aspects of the school, I enjoy being a student at SDSU.
