Saint Mary's University of Minnesota Reviews

My course work has been amazing! I am in the Masters of Human Development program, studying to be a Child Life Specialist. This program is an independent study hybrid with several core courses on campus. The advising has been mediocre but also, as a graduate student I know there is far less guidance to provide than in undergrad. For the most part I have been very satisfied with my program!

St. Mary's university of MN (twin cities campus) is an amazing place for graduate school.

It is there to support working adults still get quality higher education.

I am in the MA in counseling and psychological services program. Compared to other programs I looked at before choosing St. Mary's is that all the professors have actual experience in the field. They have life long experiences of working in the counseling field, versus just doing research. You cannot put a price on real world experience.

I also love how almost all the students are working adults and have worked in the field. They understand, like yourself, the hardships of working in our field at the bottom and of working full time and going to graduate school.
