This college as a pretty first-rate faculty and from what I can tell, is pretty respected in the industry. However, the admissions staff is completely unorganized, inaccessible, unhelpful, and frankly rude. For a graduate program with a $60k price tag, you'd think that they would at least try to be helpful; courteous at best. But no. You won't find that here.
The financial aid department will make sure you are able to pay tuition upfront and on time, but the admissions department ----crickets. Such are the times we're living in I suppose.

Some of the teachers are just terrific. Most were not. Big names professors were pulled in because of the $10,000 per class payment, but many were retired from previous professional posts. Hence, they were often older. Mine was developing dementia and tried to hide it while I was there. Not a great mentor, then.
Palo Alto University's Masters Degree in Counseling program is outstanding. I am in my second year and am very satisfied with the quality of the professors the curriculum, and the administration at Palo Alto University.
