New York University Graduate Reviews

I have only been at New York University for a year now, but this year has been a ride. I thought I was overly-prepared fro college, yet still got a huge shock when I arrived. I am currently a mechanical engineering major at NYU's Tandon School of Engineering, where the competition is at an all time high. This actually motivated me to do better and be better. However, there were times that I would break down, and felt like I had nowhere to go. Though college is for adults, sometimes I felt limited in options. I would like NYU to better their administration facilities.

Best school ever!
I was really excited to be accepted to NYU. They really made a difference in my life and my overall academic career. Their education is unmatched. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wishes to go to a school that is top-notch in the NY area and is also diverse.
The writing department, the core classes, the Tisch faculty are excellent and care about their students closely. The psychology professors are great too but be careful if you are a premed student this school is not the best option for you.Premed classes are huge consisting of 200-700 students. Individualized attention is lacking and the General Biology Class has new lecturers every week who travel outside of the country and cannot devote time to their students.
