Just finished my first year of PT school at Neumann and despite the Covid changes that occurred, it's been a good experience. The professors are extremely knowledgable and most are very supportive. As of right now the only changes I hope are made relate to the assigned advisors. Some students have been struggling with everything going on and have reached out for advice and it's typically a generic response. I'm not sure the professors are struggling themselves so it's hard for them be supportive or if this is a normal thing. Overall the program is great but I'm hoping to see some positive changes as we transition back to in person learning.
Even thought majority of my learning is online, due to the pandemic I have felt like I am learning somethings. The academics at Neumann University are going great because I feel like the professor make it easy for us to learn even though its through the computor. As well as I feel like every class that I attend is for me. There are some class that gives you a challenge and some that are stress free. Which is apart of the reason why I chose Neumann Univesity.
The academics are great. I have learned so much and the professors are very knowledgable and make the content engaging. The only issue I had was us not being able to have anatomy lab and work with cadavers, but that was due to this unfortunate pandemic and not the University's doing.
