I am attending National University for my Graduate degree and I love it. I love that I can focus on just one class a month and that I have great Professors and Classmates that make virtual learning feel great. Also when I started with National I was going to get my teaching credential, after several classes I realized that I wanted to pursue a different degree, and my advisor was so easy to communicate with. This Fall (2020) I got to begin my new program!
I went to National for my Preliminary Administrative Services Credential. The process was completely painless to apply and get started with my courses. I started in August of 2018 and was finished by March of 2019-and by June I had a job! I enjoyed the ability to do my work online from wherever I was as a working professional and full time mother of a child with a disability that requires significant micromanaging. My professors and peers were easy to work with and responsive, and the program lent itself well to my learning style. I am considering going back for the Clear Credential program as well.
I hope they will be rigorous and rewarding. I have been able to observe several courses over the shoulders of colleagues and am looking forward to taking courses this August! From what I have seen, the curriculum and classroom designs are well thought out and enriching. I think I made a wonderful choice to pursue my masters and additional teaching licenses with National.
