MWSU is an open enrollment university with a relatively small campus. However, this institution is a diamond in the rough- despite the school's lack of prestige, it is home to many excellent professors who actively continue to contribute to research and projects in their subject areas, many of whom are very open to giving their students help and direction outside of classes.
The student-teacher ratio is 16:1. I believe in most student's cases, they benefit more from more interactive professors and one-on-one attention that the professors provide at MWSU.
Traditional University geared toward traditional student. Students are treated equally but not enough night courses or online courses for the non-traditional student.
