Missouri State University Graduate Reviews

18 reviews
I greatly enjoyed my undergraduate experience, enough, in fact, that I applied only at MSU for my graduate courses. Most of the teachers were hardworking and dedicated. The difficulty was enough to be engaging, but never enough to be overwhelming. The coursework for undergraduate was mixed, as it is at any school. Some classes were run by only one teacher who was either new and clueless or ancient and inflexible about updating their material. The online education, especially in the wake of COVID19, is rushed but functional.

Missouri State is a school that cares about its students. My professors are highly regarded in the field and take the time to help me succeed. The University's Public Affairs mission gives students the unique opportunity to be involved in the community. Before graduating, I can honestly say I've worked with clients. On top of intern and externships, I've acted as a consultant and produced deliverables to multiple local business and government entities; these real-world work experiences have already given me a leg up on the competition.
Professors in my program have been so helpful. They cater to all student's and make sure you understand the content of the classes. The campus has lots of great food options, bus systems, and very easy going financial aid office. I have attend a handful of colleges and Missouri State is my #1 University of choice. Go Bears!
