Mississippi State University Reviews

As an alumni of Mississippi State University, it was a simple choice for me to choose to continue my education at MSU! I am an online-only grad student, but the atmosphere on campus and in Starkville is incomparable! It has a great small town feel with a touch of being a college town. I have enjoyed every class I have taken at Mississippi State University and would recommend it to anyone! MSU is the best university, hands down!

MSU has a lot of cultural events and hosts a variety of academic speakers. The campus is massive but absolutely gorgeous! There's plenty of unconventional places to study so you can take in the beauty of the campus. The library is a great resource and the staff are friendly and really go the extra mile to help you find a way to get the article you are looking for completely free using their network. Overall great southern comfort type of atmosphere that really makes MSU your home.
The course work is engaging and interesting. I have only been in the program for one semester, but the two classes I've taken I have enjoyed. The program I am in is called Master of the Arts Of Teaching Secondary . The classes are engaging and push you to learn on your toes. I started learning how to create lesson plans very early on, and step-by-step which I am thankful for. It has been a great pace so far, as I am a full-time veterinary technician. Great program for working people.
