Housing is difficult to find and the program is expensive, but the research opportunities are top notch!
In general they are demanding, you are expected to do the work to pass the class. That being said, learning is prioritized over achieving certain grades. In some of classes you have the opportunity to retake a test you didn't do well or ask for 'slack' days for an assignment you are struggling with. There is also a significant emphasis on experiential learning and most classes involved a hands -on project.
I couldn't imagine a better graduate experience. The quality of the educational experience goes beyond the classroom with a myriad of opportunities for experiential learning and giving back to the community, as well as interact with the some of the brightest students and professors in the country.
