Competitive, intense, and well worth it! Engaged staff, comprehensive courses, and driven students. Beautiful campus with great energy.
Courses are front-loaded so the fall for first year students is exceptionally busy and possibly more overwhelming than needed. Trade offs are necessary (between social, academic, extracurricular as and recruitment) regardless of the schedule, but would love to see a shift in that format to allow for less intense trade offs as first years are trying to navigate the massive shift in their lives and still get the most out of all that is offered.
Friendly smart people, interesting course work. Have done an amazing job at keeping the option to attend classes in person available. Everything is student-led which is for the most part a great way to flex leadership skills, but given COVID constraints and challenges I would love to see admin step in more to support safe ways for classmates to interact outside of classes.
