Frostburg State University Reviews

Overall, it is a good education, but it is becoming expensive and there have been cases where the student seems to care more than the teacher. It is also heavily inclusive and diverse aligning with mainstream at all times.
Some of the coursework is engaging, but it seems that degrees and programs don't evolve much to keep up with the changing times in the actual fields.
I liked the location. The school was affordable and there were a wide variety of classes offered. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.
The academics depended on the class, but most were enjoyable. I was able to take all the classes I was interested in.
The course was relevant and manageable until I got to the last course which I felt was unnecessary hard. What the teacher wanted was unclear and relied heavily on group work.
Overall it's been a good experience. It is very teacher dependent. Most have been fantastic, others, not so much, but you will get that anywhere. I am doing program on-line and would really like it if there were winter intersession classes. I am not able to take classes during the summer so it puts me behind schedule when I can't take winter classes.
