Franklin University Reviews

I had an issue with an instructor and when I shared my concerns with leadership it was ignored for months. When they responded they said my concerns were invalid and they eventually sent my concerns to someone in a position specifically for that purpose, to resolve issues. Up to this point I still haven't heard from this specific person (its been about 5 months). I did notice that they made changes based on my concerns, which was interesting since they originally said they were invalid. Haven't had to deal with something like this from a school before, so I couldn't rate my experience as average, and instead rated it below average.

Great Communication from the staff and facility! Very helpful in each department I’ve talked with, financial services, admissions and advisors! They are truly invested in making each student successful.
I absolutely love Franklin University! I wanted to go back to school so bad and earn my degree. A fellow co-worker suggested I try Franklin online, so I made the plunged and jumped in and haven't looked back. I love the online format and the professors are fantastic.
