I am a full time student at Delta State University. I am enrolled in the DNP program there. This is my first year. The campus is beautiful and clean. The parking can be hard to find at times. The majority of students and faculty members are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The various departments on campus are kept neat and the staff members are friendly. I feel very welcomed, respected, and appreciated at Delta State University. I feel that my voice, opinion, religion, and uniqueness matters and is respected. I love the fact that Delta State is a very diverse university with various different minorities. We are more like family than classmates and students. I am very thankful for been given the opportunity to attend such a wonderful university. My overall experience thus far has been great! I hope for many more wonderful experiences throughout the remainder of my continued education there.
I loved it, the Professors were great. There is always someone there to help you if needed! I played softball there and we had a great team. If your interested in playing a sport there, it is a great place to go. The campus is very nice and easy to get around. We have a great cafe and student center. There are study halls and tutors available which is very beneficial.
So far, the staff is incredibly helpful and made me feel less nervous about attending grad school for the first time. They seem likely they truly care about your education and what you do beyond school!
