What I enjoyed about CUNY Hunter College is my major, which is Special Education. All of the professors were good at teaching the major so far. I love my academic advisor who assisted me in learning more about the major as well as providing job opportunities and extracurriculars. I wished Hunter College had a better chance with networking opportunities for graduate students.
I was disappointed in my experience. I felt that the administration was very disorganized and not supportive of students. I felt I had little to no ability to seek guidance, and my advisor was extremely unreliable. I felt that the curriculum was not well prepared and did not prepare me for the career in which I was hoping to pursue. The classes were large and not very engaging.
