Claremont Graduate University Graduate Reviews

The atmosphere is extremely non-competitive, supportive, understanding, and inviting. The professors, administrators, and students are so kind! Everyone here is so willing to help you out and points you to opportunities that increase your vision, motivation, and expectations. CGU is a uniquely student-centered university that allows you to create your own educational and career pathway. The interdisciplinarity is second to none.

The school is small, but growing. I am little unhappy because they recently created a new concentration that I feel is my calling; however, none of the credits I’ve taken will transfer over, and Ive taken about a 3rd of the required classes, so I can’t just quit.
Claremont Graduate University is an amazing program. You get the opportunity to work with known faculty and the community within and alumni is incredible. Also the geographic closeness to LA allows many opportunities.
