While known for engineering and cybersecurity, Capitol Technology University's Cyberpsychology doctoral program is essentially a cash grab diploma mill. They will charge you a full semester's tuition for registering a day prior to the drop deadline that looks to them like the morning of (because the student's time zone is three hours behind the university's) and then threaten to take the student to collections over future terms even after the student submitted multiple forms as evidence of withdrawal request.
The professors either unqualified jacks-of-all-trades who go off on tangents about their life story and refuse to tell you exactly what they expect from you when refusing to sign off on dissertation plans or mix up your topic of study with other students, both cases being the only form of engagement the program provides. Crafting one's own dissertation with minimal support or supervision is not work $6,000 per semester. Most students I met withdrew.

I really liked the one on one help that was available to students. Capitol is a very small school. I think the largest class I was in had 20 students at most. As such, it was very easy to reach out to professors. I think the worst part of my experience at Capitol was during the pandemic, as there was a very sudden and last minute shift in schedule and assignments for nearly every single class I was in.
I love the Computer Science graduate program. My classes are online, however, the professors are great at teaching and allowing us to apply the lessons with challenging projects. You will definitely be great in computer programming in various languages by the time you are done. This was the best decision ever for me!!!
