I have had the best experience at Monterey Bay. The staff has been always helpful and understanding. Every single professor I have had has shown their passion for teaching. I am not returning for my graduate program which is why I must say that there is nothing I would like CSUMB to change! They are perfect in every way.
All of the professors are amazing and really care about you. Each course is designed to help you in so many different ways and can really impact you as a person. I have really loved the diversity in not only the staff but also the students. Doing the MAE+Teaching Credential pathway is A LOT though, so be prepared for burnout if you do.
The course work was always very engaging and the professors really loved what they were doing. The class sizes were never above 50:1, so it was easy to form relationships and connect with the professors and other students.
