Small school with a big school feeling. Everyone is extremely nice. It gives the advantages of a school in a big city. It's a tightly knitted community. The professors care for you and will make sure you are succeeding. The pharmacy program is roughly the largest program on Butlers campus with nearly 110-120 students per each graduating class. I thought the 6-year program was well laid out and has prepared me for my advanced practice rotations thus far. The only complaint that I might make is that professionalism is not always a 2-way street when it comes to students and teachers. Don't get me wrong, it is not an ALL the time problem but classmates and I have noted it on several occasions.
Butler is a wonderful school that gives all its students the best programs, opportunities to be involved on campus, and many study abroad chances. They are very friendly and helpful in figuring out financial aid, paying for college, programs to go into, and more. Indianapolis is also an amazing city Although The Butler Bubble is real. You get what you put into the experience, but don't come here expecting diversity, inclusion, and the standard American college experience
Very rigorous program but there is lots of support! The class sizes are perfect and professors really care.
