Boston University is a reputable institution with excellent professors who intently seek the best interest of their students. The academic climate fosters a fruitful environment of learning. The resources offered by the faculty are expansive and there is something for every student, regardless of religion, culture, or belief systems. This university encourages students to challenge what they are being taught, thus allowing them to critically think and analyze current standards of medicine. By including regular patient clinical sessions, students are able to translate the information from a textbook, to a real life scenario. BU emphasizes the principle of understanding each patient as a human being, instilling practices that appreciate the value of human life. BU obtaining my masters in medical science from BU, I am equipped to be a competent medical student and future physician for the healthcare system of America. As a physician, I hope to bring equal medicine to marginalized people.
The academic experience at Boston University is challenging and rewarding because you are quickly able to see the far-reaching impact of medicine in the world. BU molds its students to be determined and solidified in comprehensive medicine, so that people can receive the best treatment from their future physicians. By following an intense study regimen and academic requirements, I am equipped to be a successful medical student and future physician that can critically strategize in the ever-evoliving field of medicine.
I love this university. It is centrally located, has excellent academics, and everyone I have worked with here has been kind, welcoming, and willing to support me in whatever I need. Highly recommend!
