Arnold School of Public Health Reviews

Arnold School of Public Health has good academics. Academically I feel that I was prepared to head into the field of public health. I would like to see more facilitated opportunities for Health Education and Behavior majors to network with and gain work opportunities with people in the public health field, especially if you are recently out of school and don’t have as much work experience in your background.

The coursework was challenging and rewarding. Be prepared to actually work for the grade but it is not overwhelming. The Arnold School cohort for my class developed strong bonds with each other and our professors so tutoring and extra instruction are always available. The university provides great academic resources as well in the library for strident success.
Overall the curriculum is comprehensive of all public health material and principles. I feel like my education prepared me to do anything in the field and move in any direction whether that be medical school or advocacy. The material was challenging and rewarding I would suggest they discuss the job search and graduate school application process more to prepare their students for the next steps.
