Quiet, welcoming campus! Always feel safe. The Zen Den is awesome and there are plenty of places to hang out on campus. The professors are very accessible. Small classes allow you to really connect with classmates and professors.

I absolutely love Alverno College. It has one of the most unique environments and educational opportunities in the state of Wisconsin. Having an all girls campus allows everyone to feel like they belong. The professors are very well educated and are committed to teaching all of their students. Most of the professors are alumni of Alverno College as well. There is also always something fun to do on the weekends. Whether it is seeing an amazing play or musical in the theatre or going out in the downtown Milwaukee area. There is also something fun to do.
Alverno College has a very inclusive and innovative approach to assessing student learning. There are no letter grades. You have to prove that you have mastered the course outcomes by demonstrating that knowledge.
